Our Support Independent Living (SIL) services help NDIS participants build greater independence, confidence and choice in their everyday lives. Vida Connects provides personalised support in two purposefully selected homes located in Sydney’s Inner West.
Offering a safe, welcoming and supportive environment where residents can develop practical life skills, build meaningful connections and work towards their individual goals.
Our experienced team provides tailored support based on each person’s needs, preferences and NDIS goals, while encouraging choice, autonomy and participation in the community.

Personalised Support
We tailor your support around your individual needs, preferences, goals and NDIS plan, giving you greater choice and control over how you live.
Build Independence
We help you develop practical skills and confidence in everyday life, while encouraging you to make your own decisions and take an active role in your home and community.
Daily Living
We provide support with everyday routines and household tasks, including cooking, cleaning, shopping and personal organisation, based on the level of assistance you need.
Community Connection
We support you to get out and about, explore your local community, pursue your interests and take part in activities that are meaningful to you.
Achieve Your Goals
We work with you to identify your goals and provide practical, consistent support to help you make progress towards greater independence and participation.
